THERE IS NO EXERCISE THAT CAN SPOT REDUCE BODYFAT

Unfortunately we can’t pick where we lose our body fat from first, just as we can’t pick where we store it.

If you want to lose body fat in a specific area, the only way to do so is to be in a calorie deficit for a period of time.

Even then you can’t manipulate your exercises to target fat loss in specific areas.

Your body will dictate what goes first and what’s last (usually what you hear people refer to as those “stubborn areas”) based on your individual genetic make up.
