BARBELL CONFIDENCE

The barbell can be intimidating.

Maybe you don’t think you’re strong enough or good enough for the barbell.

Maybe you fear that others are judging your technique, or because you might not be lifting as heavy as the girl next to you.

Maybe you’re scared you’re going to injure or hurt yourself in a particular lift.

Maybe you’re scared to go heavier in case you hurt yourself again, due to a past injury.

I have felt all of the above at some stage of my training journey. Every single one. And you know what’s crazy – they were holding me back for so long, and they are all so far from the truth!

You ARE good enough.

NO ONE is judging you.

And the chance of hurting yourself when performing these lifts with correct technique, is VERY low.

It is time to stop letting these fears and limiting beliefs hold you back from getting under the bar.

Barbell movements are top tier for training stability, increasing strength & power, and progressing your movement patterns from machines, lighter weights, and in your rehab journey.

With the right guidance, tools and knowledge, imagine the confidence you will feel every single time you touch that bar.

No fear, no doubt, just straight up BOSS energy!
