Are you training or living with back pain, and think that you’ll be stuck with it forever?

Treat the problem, not the scan.

Discover where the pain is coming from, and any structural weaknesses or limitations in your movement patterns.

Strengthen your weaknesses.

Lower back muscles can compensate for lack of strength & stability in weak muscles surrounding the area.

Seek professional guidance.

Get help from a health practitioner, rehab specialist or experienced coach who specialises in this and aligns with your goals.

 

What you can do now:

  • Avoid aggravating activities whilst maintaining strength and fitness. There’s always something you can do.

  • Record your lifts. Are there any imbalances, mobility restrictions, or technique breakdowns?

  • Train your stability and proprioception

  • Seek guidance!

 

Pain sucks. But what sucks even more is not doing anything about it.
