DO YOU EXPERIENCE KNEE PAIN WHEN SQUATTING?

Before jumping to the conclusion of ‘I have bad knees’ maybe consider looking at your form.

Shifting forward in the squat pushes all the pressure onto the knees which can cause pain especially when under load.

To fix this you want to train your body to sit back into the squat. If you struggle to do this you can pull right back and try box squats or counterbalance squats to help train the body’s subconscious mind to sit back instead of shifting forward when in the squat position.
